Sooo very true and sooo against our nature to be listeners!! Part of the skill in listening also involves NOT figuring out what you&#039;re going to say next, BUT really tuning into what they are saying...wordwise as well as body language. One&#039;s ability to interpret this kind of communication will assist the coach in the next step.
